Softball Throwing Mechanics: Changing Arm Patterns | High Level Throwing®

Here’s a sample of some of our High Level Throwing®️ patterning drills to help softball players re-map their arm pathway and eliminate that “push” throw!

This high school softball player made some great initial changes, working on arm pathway and understanding what scapular upward rotation means during a throw!
