How It Works
Simple to Add During the Year
Programs that bring in HLT clinics see stronger, faster and more efficient throws, with arm care techniques that last!

Pick your Clinic Type
Confirm a clinic date and choose Foundational, Advanced, or both — based on what your athletes and coaches need this season.
A 1-day clinic session will allow for 4 sessions.

Facility/Field & Equipment Requirements
Host provides location, bucket of softballs or baseballs and nets/screens if needed.
If your facility has cement walls or hard surfaces to throw into, that can be useful for our lightning ball plyos and specific arm care drills.

Marketing, Registration/Payments, Travel
Once we confirm a clinic date and the methods of registration and payment, we work together to market the clinic. The host is responsible for marketing to their teams and athletes.
Most organizations build this clinic cost into their annual fees, so athletes already have their arm care training fee built in each year.
*We book our own travel at no extra cost to you.

On-site sessions for your athletes and coaches
Founder Austin Wasserman and lead instructor Sarah O'Brien bring HLT directly to your facility — one visit can reach an entire travel org, rec league, or college roster at once, making it easy to build HLT into your program.
- Foundational Sessions — softball throwing drills, arm care, and overhand throwing fundamentals
- Advanced Sessions — deeper mechanics, softball throwing drills, and position based training
- Built for Rec Leagues, Travel Orgs & Training Facilities
- Baseball and softball athletes and coaches, all ages
- Athletes ages 13+ are eligible to join the HLT Leaderboard
- Athletes also get access to NTangible's Mental Performance Clutch Factor Assessment — at no extra cost
- Athletes also receive the digital training guide via email to continue their development!

We can price by Team Rate or Individual Registrations.
Individual
$160 per playermax 18 athletes per session
Team
$2,000 / teamup to 18 players + 3 coaches
20%revenue share kickback to the host
Minimum of 48 athletes required to host a clinic.
