Welcome to the High Level Throwing® Little Lightning Bolts Program! This training guide will help coaches and parents implement proper throwing warm-ups and drills that are fun, safe and effective for athletes of all ages, teaching them the basics and Foundations of Throwing!
We introduce our Little Lightning Bolts Program at an early age (5+), so the kids can start to build coordination and movement patterns that are correlated with overhand throwing! We want athletes to pattern the Arm, Hips and Trunk efficiently, sequencing the body the right way, in order to maximize their throwing abilities as they grow and continue to play the game they love! We are excited for the future of Youth Softball Development!
